3D wall paintings by Julian Beever.

Dude also does alot of work with 3D sidwalk art as seen below, but here he uses simple designs within a subway, along corners and floors to project dimension. Pretty awesome stuff. Also, he does an amazing job of making an object that he's painted on two different surfaces, seem like one large flat image.

Unknown artist, but these illustrations demonstrate how line can be used not only to compose a full sized image, but also how line darkness, width, and angle can be used to create texture and levels of shading as well.

I thought this was a pretty dope diptych that I'm assuming was altered to have a more vector/digatal look to it rather than the actual photographs.
