This 1960 thumbnail sketch grabs my attention for multiple reasons. One particular reason, is the artist's choice to take advantage of all the space within the thumbnail. The rough sketches demonstrates a transition in time and the side notes describe the image's movement. These drawings are a very good example of illustrative brainstorming.
