Art Deco is often confused with the term retro or modern to describe the art and architecture styles. This piece of furniture is purely art deco due to the shape of the furniture and the hard angular and linear edges seen throughout this entertainment center. Joel Liebman, fabricator and designer makes pieces that reflect the 1920-30s Art Deco craze. My interest in Art Deco will transcribe over into my work as I move into interior design and urban design.
